Econ.Grades.Blog Alay kay Sir Vlad.

       Econ kanina. Maraming late dahil nagcacram ng econ casework. Alas-dos na ng madaling araw, marami pa ring gcng dahil sa Econ. Econ. Econ. Econ.

       Kanina, debriefing ni Sir Vlad. Para sa mga hindi nakaaalam, usually ginagawa ang debriefing kapag na-expose ang isang tao sa isang harsh condition. Ginagawa ito para 'wag ma-trauma at mabaliw ang taong na-expose sa cruel reality of life. Kunyari, nung pinag-alaga kami ng mga batang mei taning na ang buhay dahil sa cancer, pagkagaling namin sa ospital, debriefing. Marami kasi sa amin ang hindi sanay sa ganung encounters. Nakakaloko. Kaya kanina nag-debrief nga si Sir Vlad. Siguro kasi maraming na-trauma sa first two quarters ng Econ na, ayon sa kanya, ay madali pa raw. Shoot. 

      Nagsimula ang debriefing sa pag-review ng vision ng Econ class with Sir Vlad. Content, Character, Skills, etc. Yun daw content, lahat dun nag-focus. Ayos lang naman daw na mag-focus ka dun, pero wag kalimutan ang character at skills, etc. Hindi ko na nasubaybayan ung sinabi nia kasi bigla kong naalala na wala pala akong dalang filler para sa 3rd Quarter Econ notes. Gusto ko kasing i-take down lahat ng sinasabi ni Sir.

      Nang biglang narinig ko ang mga katagang "YOU'RE NOT YOUR GRADES". Napatigil ako at napakinig lalo sa sinasabi nia. Yun ang maganda kay Sir, bawat speech nia, mei sense. Kaya naman hindi sayang sa oras makinig. Hindi naman daw sa hindi mahalaga ang grades. Pero hindi rin grades ang sukatan ng pagkatao ng isang estudyante. Isipin mong maigi. Tama si Sir. Ayon pa sa kanya, magiging unfair cia kung ang tingin nia sa mga estudyante ay Uno o Cinco dahil sa ganung paraan, nililimitahan na nia ang kakayahan ng taong iyon para maipakita kung ano talaga ang kaya niang gawin.

      Napaka-striking ng words ni Sir. Tagos sa puso. Kaya nga hanggang ngayon ay sinusulat ko pa cia dito sa blog ko. Ang tindi kasi. Ngayon ko pa lang naringgan ang isang guro na magbigay ng isang debriefing speech. Ganyan katindi si Sir Vlad.

      Sir, kung binabasa mo man ito ngayon. Gusto kong malaman mo na napakaastig mong tao.
